RSA / Personal Pension Plan
Nigeria's regulated retirement system uses Retirement Savings Accounts (RSAs) under the Contributory Pension Scheme. Eligible self-employed people and employees of organisations with fewer than three employees can participate through the Personal Pension Plan.
Jois may provide the digital experience and partner connectivity; licensed pension operators remain responsible for regulated pension administration and custody.
